WERNER, HARRY RUPERT. (Republican.) Ad- dress: Thomas, West Va. Member of the Legislature from Tucker county. Born March 10, 1881, at Eglon, Preston county; educated in the public schools and in Cincinnati, Ohio, medical schools, taking courses in the Eclectic Medical College and post graduate work at the Polyclinic Hospital and College for Graduates in Medicine member of city council for two terms; President of City Board of Health for ten years, and member of County Board of Health; elected to the Legislature in 1916; in 1917 served on the committees on Medicine and Sani- tation (Chairman); Mines and Mining, Private Cor- porations and Joint Stock Companies, Penitentiary.
