GRAVES, WILLIAM G. .(Democrat.) Address: Gilboa, West Va. Representative in the House from the county of Nicholas. Born March 25,1845, in Orange coun- ty, Virginia; received his education in free schools and the civil war; a farmer and stock dealer; served as Sheriff of Nicholas county for a term of six years; elected to the Legislature in November, 1916, and in the sessions of 1917 served on the following standing committees of the House: Private Corporations and Joint Stock Companies, Claims and Grievances, Printing and Contingent Expenses, Forestry and Conservation, Arts, Science and General Improvements..
