HARVEY, L. T. (Democrat.) Address: Frametown, West Va. Born in Doddridge county in 1875; educated in free schools and the Glenville Normal; taught school for years in Gilmer county; moved to Braxton county in 1906, where he purchased a farm; aside from being a farmer he is also a minister; served on the Board of Education of Birch District, Braxton county; elected in 1916 as one of the dele- gates from Braxton county; committee assignments in 1917: Prohibition and Temperance (Chairman); Educa- tion, Penitentiary, Game and Fish, Labor, Arts, Science and General Improvements.
