RENSHAW, WILLIAM CARTER WICKHAM. (Democrat.) Address: Huntington, West Va. Born November 19, 1882, at Teneriffe, Canary Islands, was educated at the University of Virginia and received from that institution the degrees of B. A. and M. A.; is a practicing attorney; received his professional education at the University of Virginia and the University of West Virginia; was elected in 1916 as one of the delegates from Cabell county; in 1917 was made chairman of the com- mittee on Taxation and Finance and filled the position in an able and satisfactory manner; served also on the Judiciary, Labor, Elections and Privileges, and Mines and Mining committees.
